To use the flashlight normally or for charging, you must screw down the light head tightly. The operation of the W1 is as follows:

Turn ON/OFF: Single click the switch to turn the light on and off. When the light is off, long press the switch to enter the firefly mode. In firefly mode, long press to lock the flashlight, and another long press to unlock and return to firefly mode.

Change Modes: When the light is on, long press the switch to cycle through Low, Medium, and High modes. Double-click to enter Turbo mode from any mode, and triple-click to enter Strobe mode from any mode.

Memory Function: The light will turn on in the last mode accessed, except for Firefly, Turbo, and Strobe.
